Stays on this device: the full report PDF, your child's name, the school name, teacher and principal names, and every free-text comment from the report. PII detection and scrubbing happen in your browser before anything leaves.

Sent to the AI: year level, subject names, the marks and grades for each subject, effort ratings, and the attendance rate — the numerics that make the dashboard useful. Identifying details and free-text comments are never included.

Halo uses commercial AI services under terms that prohibit training on the data sent through this flow. We don't store anything about this session beyond an anonymous usage count.
