Why custom pricing?
Schools differ widely in size, data shape, integration needs, and procurement constraints. Pricing per seat tends to penalise schools that share devices or fluctuate enrolment. Pricing per school lets us match the scope to what you actually need — and lets you commit to a budget you can defend to a board.
Unlike tools that make their money from your data, Halo's revenue model is software, services, and integrations. Your data never enters our systems on the Free tier; on School and Enterprise tiers, you control where it sits. We don't sell aggregated insights, we don't use student data to train models, and we don't share data across schools.
